Carlisle married his wife Esme, after falling for her when she was in the hospital as his patient. They were married the following year and are happily married. Carlisle being a Doctor makes really good money, plus he had a really good inheritance that he was living on.
Carlisle happily brought her two kids into his life and treated them as his own. But after Carlisle and Esme try to have their own kids for a couple of years, they find out that the cancer came back and was in her ovaries. They ended up not being able to have their own children.
Carlisle suggest adopting since they both wanted a large family and they go in search of a set of siblings to adopt, finding Emmett first then Edward and Alice bringing them all three into their happy home.

After Esme was put into the hospital to have a bone marrow transplant, she meets the young and charming doctor Carlisle Cullen. She falls head over heels for the young doctor and is blunt enough to come right out and tell him so. He laughs and asks her out on a date.
They soon after fall deeply in love and a year later marry. Esme has two children of her own from a previous marriage that doesn't work, but the loving doctor loves them just like his own. Rosalie and Jasper are twins.
Esme is devastated after trying to have their own children and she can't, making her terribly depressed. Carlisle and her go to see a specialist and they find out her cancer had been in her ovaries also and she wouldn't be able to have any more children.
Even more depressed, Carlisle suggests to Esme that they adopt a set of siblings. Ones that have a hard time finding a home together. Esme over joyed with the suggestion, starts to look for a set of siblings. She finds Emmett in a foster home several weeks later and falls in love with him. They end up adopting Emmett soon after and Esme still wants more kids, so they search again for a set of siblings and find Edward and Alice.

Rosalie was eighteen when her mother Esme meet Carlisle Cullen and Rose had Carlisle wrapped around her finger right away.
She ended up going to Julliard for dance and music studies. Carlisle pushed Esme's children to always do their best and they always did. Rosalie's and Jasper's real father isn't in the picture at all so Carlisle ends up playing that role. Rosalie is Carlisle's little girl till Alice shows up making Rose very jealous.
She can't stand Alice or Edward and ends up staying away as much as she can after she goes off to college. Rosalie falls for a guy she meets while at Julliard, Royce King a very successful professor of hers. He gets her into the New York philharmonic playing the Cello.
Rose and Royce marry soon after and Rose is currently pregnant with their first child.
Name: Jasper Trent Hale Cullen

Occupation: He owns his own club and plays in his own band
Hobbies/Skills/Talents: Plays guitar and sings in his band
Jasper is incredibly smart and went to Yale for Business, after joining the Army for five years he came back unharmed and opened his own night club right there in his home town.
Rose and him are as close as any set of twins are, its like they can sometimes know what the other is thinking. They are connected on a level that many can't understand at all. Jasper can always tell when something is wrong with Rose and Rose can do the same thing when it comes to Jasper.
Jasper is single but all the girls swoon over him night after night in the club, but he likes his life the way it is.
Name: Emmett Allan McCarty Cullen

Hobbies/Skills/Talents: all sports, can speak (french, Spanish, and Italian)
Emmett was the only child of Allen and Jaylie McCarty, when his parents disappeared while on a trip to the Bahama's he went into the system. They found their bodies two years later, right before he was adopted by the Cullen's. The McCarty's had tons of money and left Emmett everything.
He fell for Esme and loves her dearly as his mom. He looks up to Carlisle as his role model. He didn't believe Esme at first when she told him that he was coming to live with them. He thought it was all a dream. When he pulled up to their beautiful house he knew right away it wasn't a dream. He gets along with all his siblings and loves them all. He's like the big protector of the family, no one messes with the Cullen's, No one!
Emmett is a total ladies man, keep them screaming for more is his favorite saying. His striking good looks, dimples and baby blues do just that.
Emmett was a great student and is very smart even though he acts like a kid sometimes...he was drafted by the Steelers
Emmett has lived in the lifestyle for about five years now, Edward got him into it and taught him everything he knows. He loves Kylie and had a huge thing for her but Edward stopped him from trying anything after Kylie left Edward the first time. Emmett is very protective of her and would do anything for her.
When he meets Lynn though his life flips upside down. (find out more when we dig deeper into the story)

Edward was raised by his biological family to be very caring and giving and he never forgot those traits. He took the death of his mother very hard. He was closet to her and it killed him to lose her. He still has dreams of her and the day he found out that they were both gone.
Edward is very strong and opinionated though, that's one reason he became a Lawyer, he loves his job, family, and friends fiercely and will do anything for his family and friends.
After being adopted by the Cullen's he finished High School and went to Harvard Law and passing the bar he started his own firm and has excelled at all he has done.
He has lived in the lifestyle for years and can't see himself not living it. He has had subs most of his adult life that spend the weekends with him and he lives a normal like during the week. Not many people know about his lifestyle, his sister Alice knows and Emmett knows but that is it.
He fell for Kylie but was scared of the feelings he was having and he let her go, saying it was a huge mistake he tries again, but the feelings changed after a while and he let her go again, mainly because he was falling for someone else, unbeknown to Kylie. He still loves her but not the way she needs. He would do anything for her and will.
He does a lot of charity work and pro-bono cases, like I said he's very giving and caring. He has his own charity for kids that lost their parents. Mason's home for Kids.

Occupation: Lawyer, she works with Edward

Alice was just nine years old when her parents died, she was held together by her big brother though, Edward helped her to be strong. With him by her she could do anything.
When her and Edward were adopted into the Cullen's family, Alice became herself again, she was happy go lucky little pixie girl. She fell for Carlisle and became his daddy's little girl, he spoiled her rotten and she loved every minute of it.
Edward of course was just happy that she was happy.
After High School she went to Harvard just like Edward and became a lawyer also, Edward took her under his wing just like he always did and brought her into his firm but made her work her way up and work she did, she became partner by her second year working with him.
She knows all about Edward lifestyle and has tried it a few times herself. She just never could find the right one to live it with.
She lives in a house right down the road from Edward and is very comfortable with the life she leads.
